health and safety Our top concern is our duty of care to keep your children safe. We carry out robust risk assessments to prevent and minimise the incidence of accidents. All our staff are First Aid trained. When there is an accident we carry out detailed investigations and refer to our H&S policy. We monitor behaviour and review our processes and ways of working to prevent any future accidents. We also take actions to put in place plans or improvements required.
