We have recently shown that the multiple-bonded imido linkage can be used to connect the metal center with highly functionalized organic ligands. We are currently developing new methods for radiolabeling various other organic receptor ligands (e.g. peptide, steroid, nucleotide) for selective imaging and radiotherapy.
